Before your first order

Buying coffee from Bali.

A few practical answers for overseas buyers. For a proposal specific to your business, share your destination and order requirements with our team.

Is all your coffee grown in Bali?

We roast in Celuk, Bali, and most of our blends are made with Indonesian coffee. Origins vary by product: some blends also include coffee from Brazil or Colombia. Kintamani is one of our Bali-grown single-origin options. Check each coffee’s origin in the catalogue or tell us if you need an exclusively Indonesian selection.

What coffee can I discuss for export?

Start with our roasted coffee blends for hospitality, retail and independent brands. Our range includes Arabica, Robusta and Arabica–Robusta blends, alongside single origins and decaf. We will confirm availability and suitability for your order directly.

Can I order coffee under my own brand?

Yes. Our private-label service covers coffee selection, roast profiles and packaging. Choose an existing coffee or discuss a custom blend, then share your branding and pack requirements so we can scope the project.

What is the minimum export order?

Export quantities and pricing are confirmed for each project. Our domestic wholesale starting quantity is not an export minimum. Share the coffee, packaging, quantity and destination so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Can you ship to my country, and how long will it take?

Export arrangements are discussed through partners for each destination. Send us your country and target date; we will confirm whether the project can be arranged and discuss shipping costs and timing. These are not fixed across destinations.
